1. What you can request
You may request complete erasure of your BatPro account along with all personal data controlled by BatPro for that account. Requests are subject to standard identity verification to protect account owners, and any applicable lawful retention guidelines.
2. Before you request deletion
- Backup data: Export any necessary records first. The app contains a user-data export tool located in the Help section.
- Verification: Ensure you have active access to your registered phone number or registered account email for ownership validation.
- Service loss: Be aware that access to the app, pending reviews, and support correspondence history will be permanently terminated.

5. What BatPro will delete
Upon successful verification, the following surfaces will be completely scrubbed:
- Your account profile details and authentication credentials.
- Profile photos, uploaded files, and gallery attachments.
- Task proof submissions, review history, and records.
- Direct support conversations and message correspondence.
6. Retention & Timing
Valid deletion requests are processed rapidly. Complete deletion from database backups and media CDN servers may take up to 30 days to ensure full propagation.
Retention: BatPro may retain highly restricted transactional hashes or logs when necessary for security audits, fraud prevention, compliance validation, or in response to a lawful court mandate. Where retention applies, records are strictly locked and isolated.
